Reefing for the stormy Solent Weather
Plenty of wind on the first day of a stag weekend on the Solent. Putting reefs in early on in the day. Then the benefit as we had some great sailing in sunny and windy weather. Superb sailing on Parallel Blue and Lady V (Beneteau 40.7s) followed by sailing in Osborne Bay before partying in Cowes on the last night of Cowes week.
The screenshot of the wind on Bramble Bank was a different day when I was sailing with a family. 2 reefs that day again made it OK to sail.
It was windy on both these days BUT not rainy. We all still had a great time.
