It helps to have wind for sailing but lack of it did not spoil the fun of the medical regatta this weekend. Just meant Pimms at lunch time outside Newtown Creek having drifted down to the first mark. Champagne later and dinners at the Royal London Yacht Club and Royal Yacht Squadron. Great mix of quality yachts – classic & new, small and large.

Another stag sailing weekend on the Solent – sailing from Lymington to Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth via Cowes for lunch. Fantastic weather and great sailing with competitive racing and lots of banter.

No pictures of the corporate sailing day last week due to heavy fog in the morning. Nevertheless the weather turned positive in the afternoon so a nice sail with a great group. As ever sailing proved the need for teamwork and there was some great feedback.
Had such fun teaching competent crew after lunch in Lulworth Cove. We did dinghy practice first and that is always fun. What a beautiful place to be teaching/learning. hard not to smile. Note the fantastic spread we had for lunch.
