Couldn’t resist these pictures. Racing Power Boats might be fast and exciting but apparently they have to switch their engines off to engage reverse gear. That makes them struggle in marinas. Odd to see a big powerful boat being towed and or pushed to safety. Fascinating.
Had such fun teaching competent crew after lunch in Lulworth Cove. We did dinghy practice first and that is always fun. What a beautiful place to be teaching/learning. hard not to smile. Note the fantastic spread we had for lunch.
A fab stag sailing weekend with a great group. Light winds made for an easy start on Saturday but some real sailing in 22 knots of wind on Sunday. The guys really got ‘into it’ playing the main sheet in the gusts and they seemed to love the adrenalin rush as the gusts came through…
No pictures of the corporate sailing day last week due to heavy fog in the morning. Nevertheless the weather turned positive in the afternoon so a nice sail with a great group. As ever sailing proved the need for teamwork and there was some great feedback.
