Stag and Hen Weekends
My first job was for a group of guys on a stag weekend. I was nervous but it turned out to be a brilliant weekend – lots of laughs – they were a great group of guys and they were keen to enjoy the sailing. Indeed the many stag weekends I have now done have all been great fun. Everyone loves steering the boat, learning to sail and simply enjoying being out of the office and life on a boat Starting from Lymington makes for an ideal stag (or hen) weekend as we sail to Cowes, Isle of Wight for an overnight stop where everyone can party (usually in the Anchor which has live music) in this brilliant yachting centre. It has a fun party atmoshere and whilst it is lively, people are usually too tired to behave too badly – it is just fun and a lot of laughs.
We often have 2 or more boats out so get some fun racing in too.
The weather has often meant the guys can swim in Osborne Bay or Newtown Creek – great for hangover cures!
Oh I love this job – seeing people enjoy themsleves.
