Cowes Yacht Haven, Solent
Cowes Yacht Haven – you don’t often see the Yacht Haven empty. Which berth to pick – such a challenge. In truth it was another stormy weekend and we had 30+ knots of wind in the river. Nice to be in safety. We did have a great sail from Lymington downwind with Genoa only. Great sail followed by an afternoon studying for our exams. Worth the studying as John achieved 100% when questions were fired at him on the collision regulations in his Coastal Skipper Exam!
This wasn’t a formal course but we trained intensely and loved it. Real sense of achievement. See courses that can be done.
